    Our shares come in 2 breakdown options: The Home Chef! (more cuts and roasts) breakdown is described below with total weights and portion sizes. Each cut is individually portioned, labeled and sealed for your convenience. 

    The Home Chef! (more cuts and roasts): 

    ~ 24 lbs of premium roasts including chuck and brisket roasts. 3 lb portions

    ~ 4 lbs of whole muscle steaks including tri tip and coulotte (aka picanha). Whole muscle portions!

    ~ 6 lbs hidden gem steaks, including at least 2 of the following: denver, flat iron, chuck eye and teres major steaks. 12 to 16oz portions.

    ~ 14 lbs of center cut steaks including: 8 ribeyes, 6 New York strips and 4 filetsFilets are 8oz, Ribeyes and Strips are 12oz portions. 

    ~ 5 lbs of "flat steaks" including at least 2 of the following: flank steak, bavette steak, skirt steak, or hanger steak. Whole muscle portions!

    ~ 4 lbs of top sirloin. 16oz portions.

    ~ 8 lbs of Short Ribs. 2 lb portions

    ~ 14 lbs of nose to tail goodness, including beef suet (tallow) beef bones, beef tongue and sliced beef liver. Bones and Suet in 3 lb portions. Tongue is whole. Sliced liver in 2 lb portions. 

    - 65 lbs of grass-fed ground beef. 16oz portions.
